PetcubeReviews of petcube.com

I really like the fact I can talk and listen to my dogs while I am at work. I also really to receive notices when my dogs pass the camara. I would recommend this to anyone who loves their pets!

Good company that does its best to support the customer. Unfortunately I've had a lot of problems with my devices breaking, but customer service will help you replace it if it's within one year of purchase. I just wish the product itself could last longer because it is something I really enjoy using.

I've been wanting to get a Petcube for some time now. And after we got our new puppy less than a week ago, I figured that it's time! I received my Petcube Bites a couple of days ago. And couldn't wait to play with it. The first impression - it looks great. Top notch quality and very stylish/ Plus a great bonus - it came with a bag of Wellness treats, that my dogs love. The installation process is very easy. And the app is easy to navigate and has a very pleasant look and feel. So Mia, Spot and I started playing with it right away. Being able to talk to your pets through the camera might need some getting used to for them. Since they hear you, but can't see or smell you. But getting treats from it is just the best. Spot is deaf, so he couldn't hear me or treats coming, but he has a great nose, so he loved searching for treats all over the kitchen. I absolutely recommend Petcube Bites. For all the busy people out there who wants to be able to keep an eye on their pets and give them a treat even when not at home.

The customer service team sucks petcube sent me a broken petcube play now I'm responsible for shipping it back to get a refund why should have to pay for a broken product they shipped??

I was excited to purchase this to see my 3 dogs and be able to administer treats throughout the day but for what this cost, the camera quality is poor in my opinion so I am returning.

Got the Petcube Bites in silver.. looks slick and packaged nicely. It was easy to install.. just the usual troubleshooting (rebooting to get the wifi to work). The camera is great as it gives you a clear view of the entire room. You have to get used to the app to turn on the mic if you want to be heard by your pet.. it's not automatic. My dog liked the treat dispenser and a nice feature is you can choose how many and how often a treat is dispensed. I also like the sharing feature so our family can all install the Petcube app on our smartphone and see our dog in real time, communicate with him and give him treats! My sons are in college so it's nice that they can see him anytime. I just installed the Petcube so I still have to study the other features but overall, it serves its purpose.

Easy to set up. Ultimate peace of mind being able to check in on my fur babies. Plus, one of my dogs plays with the auto laser all the time!

Finally! I finally have my piece of mind back! I am always so worried when I leave my pup at home alone, although all he really does sleep. I can shoot treats from work and talk to him. This has such a wide view and covers almost all of my living room, where he spends his day. Now, to get more so I can have the rest of my home covered! I absolutely recommend this to anyone with a pet.
