My dogs love the petcube and the videos are amazing
My dogs love the petcube and the videos are hilarious. It provides endless amazing videos of my dogs exploring the petcube. The launcher works very well and is a fun way to engage your dogs while out of the house. The app works well and the video quality is great. Highly recommend.

The Petcube is great!
The Petcube is great! I love being able to check up on my dogs while I’m away. The treat shooter is great to give the dogs treats while I’m gone and they love it! It doesn’t always shoot out the same amount of treats each time, but it can shoot them at a very decent distance!

This is an awesome product! My kitten loves it
This is an awesome product! I love being able to check in on my kitten while I'm gone at work during the day, especially given the fact that when my roommate is gone he is by himself. As soon as he hears the noise the camera makes when it drops treats to be launched, he comes running. One issue I've had is that because his kitten treats are so small, the Petcube typically shoots out 7 or 8 treats at once, while I would prefer less at a time so I would feel better about giving them to him several times throughout the day. I doubt this would happen with dog treats since they tend to be a little bigger. I also have had some minor connectivity issues, but this may be primarily related to my WiFi connection rather than the Petcube itself. Overall, I really like it and have enjoyed playing with my cat while I'm away from home. I would definitely recommend it to friends with pets, especially dog owners.

You are right, the size and density of treats you are using with your Petcube Bites may affect the amount of treats that come out of the camera. To manage the number of treats dispensed at a time, select the size of treats you are using in the Petcube app settings. Open Petcube application, go to Home tab, select Settings in the upper right corner, select General and choose the treats size - small (1/3inches) or large (1inch).

When mom's away, watch the doggie play
After a few issues getting set-up, which the customer service team helped with very quickly, the Petcube has been a welcome and entertaining addition to our home. I situated it too low initially, so my dog just barked at it all day after she realized it housed treats. I moved it and this made a big difference. Saving and sharing videos is not important to me, but I like being able to peek in on her during the day and send her a treat or two. It's pretty funny.

The camera is really great and so is…
The camera is really great and so is the motion sensor. Another great feature about the camera is the night vision. I love the fact that I can check on my animals and my house when I am away from home. The packaging is beautiful and the set up is fast and easy. The PetCube even comes with a bag of treats to get you started. I took off one star because I have been having problems with audio feature that allows you to talk to your pets. For me that is the least important feature. I would recommend this product to my friends and family. You can't beat the price and its fun to fling treats at your pets.

As for your comment about the audio, I want to let you know that we have just recently released a new push-to-talk feature that should improve the overall audio experience. I was able to find your account in our system and I'm pushing the latest update to your camera. Please make sure it's connected to the network and the LED light on the camera is white. Once the camera downloads the new update, it will start installing it. The process only takes around 5 minutes during which the LED on the device will rapidly blink orange color. You will also receive a push notification on successful firmware installation. This version comes with many other improvements and we hope your experience with the Petcube will get even better.

I bought the Petcube for my dog when I…
I bought the Petcube for my dog when I started my new job. I love being able to check in on him throughout the day. He loves getting treats and hearing my voice. It arrive in perfect condition and was easy to set up. I would definitely recommend this product.

They’ve made it so easy to set up and operate - 5 minutes out of the box. Quality construction and good looks! My cats love both the treat and laser versions (especially the treat!) and I love seeing and interacting with them through the day. They picked up on what it was in 1 day. We really enjoy it, and I’m glad I got them.

Petcube is legit
Petcube is legit. We work a lot and this way we can easily keep our dogs with snacks and check in on them. We used to worry about them being lonely but now we don’t!
Overall setup was smooth. I had to update firmware but that took ~3 minutes. So far, no issues!
