We absolutely love our Pet cube so much! During the pandemic our fur babies got used to having us all the time and so did we. We missed and worried for them when we got back out but pet cube has provided such a relief when we can not only see them but even interact with them. This little device has become a source of joy for them as well as for us. Plus! The company itself is awesome! They have integrity and their customer service is real, not just an automated prescripted representative. I've Highly recommended them to all our friends with pets and also to you.

Having not used my Petcube for a couple of years, I was struggling to get it working again, so emailed Petcube Customer Care and they responded quickly, giving me detailed instructions on what to do, and as a result it's now working fine. I highly recommend their super-prompt customer service - special shout out to Adrian for helping me.

This is the best thing I have bought in a long long time, absolutely love being able to see my fur babies when I am at work, I bought the petcube bites, love that I can talk to my cats through the camera and give them treats. I have got my family to download the app so they can also see my animals, I would definitely recommend this camera.

If I could leave (( ZERO )) stars I would. Fist the set up is complicated. You have to scan a QR code from your phone using the camera. You have to just sit there and move your phone around until it reads it or keep restarting the whole process. Second- The subscription plans are very confusing. You have different options. BEWARE of the “promotion” for the Pet Care bundle. You will have to pay $5.99 each month for a YEAR. If you wish to keep the camera. Another thing that is confusing is that if you have multiple cameras you either have to pay 5.99 for each camera subscription or the premium 14.99 each month for various cameras. Third- Costumer service is awful. Sure they respond quickly, but only to tell you to wait, and wait, and wait, and you get my point. They initially told me 24-48 hrs. We’re going on almost 2 weeks and I still can’t use my camera. As far as the cameras go, they are okay. If you try to use the speaker to talk to your pet it is an extremely loud, and static noise that only scares my pets. It’s also blurry. All in all, just save your money and look for something different. I (( DO NOT )) recommend Petcube. Awful.

These cameras are amazing I have 4 all round my house very clear video feed and 2 way conversations would recommend 1000%
