Easy to use! I can look in on my babies anytime of day and watch video of the previous nights antics! It also doubles as passive surveillance because it is motion activated and stores activity for three days. Oh and it is a two way radio too! I can communicate with the household and I can hear what they say back (or meow back)!

27 on September the order was shipped to delivery service and since then no updates , status in transit. I sent an email to your support several times and the reply is that they are chasing logistic. On October 27th it will be already a month since I made an order. It’s already critical for me and i have a feeling that there is some slowness in communication between support and logistic which is not my deal, I’m as a customer would like to have some solution proposed not just saying that we’re chasing. It’s on company to sort out the issues with delivery service, it should not impact customers so much

Camera had a bug the first time I used it, had to contact customer service and they fixed it fast. Thankful for that. Has been working good ever since.
