I've left multiple requests, feedback, asked for other routes to communicate. This company seems another victim of over promise, under deliver. Thus far the experience has been one of the worst I've ever had. Buyer beware. Ive still not gotten my order and you can see my other review for more info.

The artist communicated with me throughout the process and they completed the work quickly. The art looked phenomenal and the person getting the gift said it was their favorite present they have ever received.

I absolutely loved the artwork made of myself, husband and my two cats who are sadly no longer with us. The details in regards to their markings was perfect, although they offer unlimted revisions before shpping if you aren't happy with anything, which is handy. The time it took to get to me was longer than advertised so I would suggest ordering it early if you need it for a specific occasion.

The art turned out excellent however it did did not arrive until a full week after Christmas. I understand being a small business and getting absolutely swamped with orders. However, I ordered mine on December 3rd way before Christmas. I didn’t even receive the previews until a week before Christmas. I would like to receive at least some of my money back for the long delay. Other than that, the art is wonderful and the ladies did a fantastic job. I would recommend this however, the process has to be much improved. There can’t be a promised for delivery before Christmas and then arrive a week after.

We love the rendering of our puppy :-] and thank you so much One suggestion, and may be minority opinion, are that size and font of the text “best friend” and our pets name are both similar, but not the same. Might be good to have these either the same, or a bit more distinct. Otherwise perfect and brings us joy already and thank you again :-]

Ordered with time before Christmas as a gift 12/3. Sat in “production” status well into the danger zone of not making shipping by Christmas. All attempts to contact vendor went unanswered. Made a decision to get my gift elsewhere and at the last second item shipped still with no response from vendor. But with the lack of response I had already replaced the gift and requested the charge be reversed after trying to contact vendor to cancel order. They never responded to the credit card vendor case. Then mid ship item suddenly reversed in flight and was sent back to vendor anyways. All during this time I was receiving automated marketing emails from them. Never got item and never got a response from them. Steer clear. Update: reply to my review wanting to “make it right” and first contact since before holidays comes 3 months later…??
