Great Art, Poor Customer Service
The Art was great. The first draft arrived fast, but the revisions took begging and a lot of time. No response to multiple e-mails over weeks. I finally was able to communicate over Facebook. I had to beg to get a digital copy of the art via Facebook Christmas Eve day. When an e-mail finally arrived after Christmas, the apology was accompanied by a digital print of someone else's dog.

Terrible quality, weeks late, and no customer service.
Where do I begin.. Order was very late, weeks late, and past all deadlines that are marketed to customers. No response from the company about this issue either. Once it arrived, the quality of the image was horrible, lines being pixelated and not high resolution like what’s advertised. Terrible customer service, and an even more terrible product once it actually arrived weeks later. I’m so disappointed in this whole company, and what they say and what they do is 100% different.

Looks like they were overwhelmed by several orders. Didn't receive on time. In the end, I think I could have done the job myself.

Artwork really captured our dogs’ personality
Artwork really captured the essence and personality of our dogs. The process of ordering and reviewing was easy and reasonably fast, considering it was just before Christmas.

Great product
Ordered and received my print within a few weeks at the busiest time of year and during postal strikes....the print itself is brilliant.

Avoid avoid avoid : scam alert!
Avoid. It is a scam. State they have slots to ensure delivery but don’t do so. Dates pushed back. But they still taking on new work. Never respond to email just robotic emails pushed out. Asked for minor update and an silver/grey dog suddenly had lots of brown on his head and body. Bore no relation to the original picture. Avoid. You have been warned. Update : they eventually did respond and gave me a refund so at least I do not have to go down the chargeback route. But an overall very poor experience unfortunately.

Dreadful scam
Dreadful scam. Said it was shipped late November and would take 5-7 business days to arrive. It’s now the end of December and no communication or anything, no responses to emails. Avoid.
