I placed my order 12/02 and received it 01/05. I emailed at least 4 times to request a refund and never received a response. They sent out a mass email regarding holiday delays promising they would “make it right” by providing gift cards, upgrades etc. but that was untrue as I received my regular order (sent to the wrong address). I never received a response to my multiple emails requesting a cancelation and refund even though they promote 100% money back guarantee. I understand they are a small business but they could at least have better communication and at least respond to emails. The art piece itself is good but not for the price combined with bad customer service.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I placed my order on December 9th. I emailed them for a refund at the end of December. I never got a response so I wrote a review expressing my frustration. I finally got a preview of the art on January 2nd. I got a response today that my review was taken down because the company flagged it for being dishonest. This company doesn't respond and takes down reviews. I no longer want my order. I plan to dispute it with my credit card company.

I had a great experience with artwork delivered for review, updated per my comments, and emailed to me in a timely manner. It worked out as a great gift.

Having my dog's photo turned into a Disney-style portrait was easy to do and so worth it! The artist was even able to draw a smile on Jada's face - you would think she was an actual Disney character! My wife loved the finished work and it's up on the wall.

The art itself is good but the service is not. Ordered mine at the start of December with “guaranteed” Christmas delivery. Almost a week into new year and still no sign of any picture

Failed to timely complete artwork (more than 2 weeks later than quoted and still don't have my product), failed to make all requested updates to artwork (only requested four very slight edits, they only did three, but it's taken so long I didn't want to ask for it to be fixed so I approved it without the full requested edits), did not respond to (three) emails requesting status. Very disappointing. Still don't have my artwork (despite approving it nearly 2 days ago for just a digital print, I still have nothing). Have not received a response to any of the three emails I sent requesting updates/information. Beware. Don't purchase from this company!

Did not deliver on ask or on time. Was meant as a Christmas gift and ordered well ahead of time with the promise it would be ready (ordered in one of their guaranteed Christmas delivery slots). A late Christmas gift means literally nothing. Beyond that it was completely inaccurate. I asked for a refund and they refused, instead offering store credit. Why the hell would I want a credit with someone who can’t deliver the right product in a timeline they promise? Terrible experience.

I have still not received my product and have requested a refund, but did not receive it.
