I received my lightbox today and I have to say I find the artwork quite mediocre. It's obvious that both cats were drawn with the same template as they look pretty much the same except for the color. I don't see any customization to actually make them look like my sister's cats. It is quite unfortunate because the box seems to be of good quality. Also the background is so light that you can hardy see a difference between when the light is on or off. This is also a big disappointment. I am waiting for another one, so I hope it will be better.

I never received what I paid for. Maybe I missed a text message or accidentally deleted one or maybe I never got a text or message. Communication is not very good. I never got what I paid for. So now what do we do from here. Perhaps getting this reminder to review my experience means I can expect to receive my item very soon. Should I get my item I’d be happy to review again. As of now I have nothing and find the communication to be very weak and a problem

Delivery was slow, communication was terrible, and the item arrived weeks after the promised timeline. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get any motion on this at all.

Got charged more than it should’ve been. Had to go back-and-forth way too long just to get things, right. Then, finally, I had to pay for a canvas. They did give me 25% off.

Failed my expectations on service & delivery which was a shame as picture was lovely. Promise of ‘perfect Christmas present’ not met. Arrived 10 days after. Tracking irrelevant as remains ‘nearly ready to be shipped’ today!? Communication poor as no valuable updates but rather requests to leave a tip or review while waiting impatiently for it to actually be done Sorry would not recommend

I believe these fine folks have advertised themselves into a real big problem. They advertise a 7 day turnaround during their busy times. I ordered December 7th and have yet to receive my artwork as of January 14th. I regret ordering this, I’ve received minimal follow up, but I sure as hell get their marketing emails every day or two. I believe this company has a good idea, they just lack any sort of organization or infrastructure to support being an actual business. I would have had better luck driving eight hours to myrtle beach to have an airbrush artist do this for me and at least then I would have had the gift I purchased for Christmas for a loved one.
