BUYER BEWARE 1. Pet Canva will immediately withdraw your funds upon purchase. Not a deal breaker but shows how money hungry these folks are. Plus, they apparently don’t offer refunds. I can understand if they don’t offer refunds based on the situation, but to have that statement upfront on their website shows that they don’t care about the consumer, just their wallets. 2. Their customer support is evading. They make you message through their portal which leaves no paper trail (of course). Then they constantly refer you to contact their support email, but when you do, you receive this message, “The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.” And of course, no one has provided a response still. 3. There is no other contact information besides a PO Box. Pet Canva PO Box 310906 Flint, Michigan 48531. And there is no customer support phone number to be found anywhere because why would they care? They already have your money. 4. If you buy from here, prepare to have a massive headache and extremely poor customer service. Worst $87.21 I have ever spent.
