Really happy with my purchase, i got a custom blanket and mouse pad. They shipped the products separately but i assume it's because the mouse pad was ready before the blanket which is nice because shipping for the blanket took a long time, about 2-3 weeks because it was held in customs, which isn't the company's fault. If you're ordering something for a specific date, you might want to factor that in. The products are much better quality than i expected especially the mouse pad! Really happy with how the designs turned out and the response time for customer service is fast and diligent. Will definitely go with this company again if i want anything custom and pet related, which i probably will since it's such a great gift and the reactions you get are amazing!!
