Best customer service experience that I’ve encountered in a long time! The turnaround and delivery times were faster than I could have ever expected, the artist’s renditions of both dogs were incredible, and even after a delivery mistake that was at no fault of Pet Canva, they replaced one blankets in record time. Incredible company and incredible products. Will be ordering again for my pet loving friends!

Love the blanket I ordered for my mom! They recently had to put down our family fur baby of 14 years and I surprised her with a blanket that she can always cuddle with. It turned out AMAZING! And of course she LOVED IT!!

The worst quality, waiting time, and customer service. I ordered a case back in the beginning of December as a gift to a loved one. When the case arrived, it came no where near the quality of the mock picture sent to me for confirmation. Speaking with customer service to have a case redone took 1 month just for them to reply; granted I understand it was during the holiday season so reply time was slower. But after speaking with them, they guaranteed that they would send out another case in the quality that I was seeking. Fast forward another month of waiting, contacting to see if they shipped the order, and more waiting. I finally received the product on Feb. 1 AND THE PRODUCT WAS THE EXACT SAME QUALITY. After 2 months of waiting I was placed in the same situation I was in 2 months prior. Unbelievably upset and frustrated at this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
