Pat Cannone - great mortgage broker. Pat helped my wife and I navigate a complicated mortgage situation. I was coming off of a short sale from a previous property and Pat stuck with me as a broker for nearly a year while we figured out the details and made a plan to buy after the 3 year anniversary of the short sale. He helped us buy as quickly as possible and gave 110% to support us. He even appeared at the closing (which my real-estate agent and real-estate attorney both said was above an beyond what is typically expected!)
