As basically a new buyer but an older individual, walking back into the world of home ownership was a little intimidating. I worked in the operations division of a major bank in the southeast. Truncating checks was brand new and ACH was still gaining popularity. Even Artificial Intelligence was in the beginning stages. Couriers/messengers were needed to move documents from one location to another. ALL DOCUMENTS HAD TO BE SIGNED IN BLUE INK. When files were sent to me email and all I had to do was click here and there, "What kind of sorcery is this," as my fists shake to the heavens. And then there was Penny. I offered to let her smack me in the back of the head whenever I asked a stupid question (I forewarned her that there would be many). Every question as inane as it may have been was answered in clear and concise language that I was able to understand and comprehend. I had prefaced this relationship telling Penny that I am in charge of beverages at a resort. If w\she wanted a good vodka drink I would be able to pick the right vodka to go with the mixers of choice. That is my expertise. I am relying on her expertise to smack me in the back of the head and push me in the right direction. She soon found out I am one of those people who read everything and I marked pages with questions. She answered each and everyone with a smile in her voice and not once did I feel anything on the back of my head. She made this as painless as I think anyone might have been able to. She was a terrific person to work with for a first time buyer. THANK YOU!!!!
