I was shocked to discover a County Financial Home Insurance policy was put on my account without my consent. It was signed by a financial representative of PERL. I had it immediately removed. When I called him, I still remained confused about how that occurred. Now that I am settled into my new home, I am ready to investigate the matter. On my closing date, my family friend and seller of the house attended the closing with his lawyer. My agent was nice and she gave me a nice black and gold PERL toolbox case with a 8 inch penlight screwdriver inside of it. Although the toolbox case was nice, I thought it was rather odd to receive a tool box case after purchasing a house for thousands of dollars. Not to mention, I do not even have any tools to put inside of it.

Got the deal done, but it was a rough road and poor communication.

Polite guy, but a guy that wasn't knowledgeable or consistent about important aspects of my mortgage-seeking process.

We had alot of issue's in communication between your company and all the other players involved. I recived calles from all the brokers and agents involved complaining about your company. Loan docks were three weeks late and i would get calls asking for things you had been sent 10 to 14 days earlier. Same complant from other agent and brokers. Also there was a pour updates and information given to me and the would take hours to get calls back The reason you recived a 2 and not one star is because u finaly closed a 45 day escrow 3 weeks late I would not recommend this company to anyone Thank you

two stars for finally getting it done and decent rate. this ordeal took over 3 months, nothing was being done for the first month or month and half. it seems like there is a break down or lack of communication between the team members. do they all work in the same office? this wasn't my first refi/purchase but it definitely the hardest one. I don't know if you are aware of the fact that the closing almost didn't take place last night . Things that should have been done a long time ago never got done ,as a matter of fact it was put on the backburner and forgotten. The attitude of your employees is really bad , they are like whatever . I sent them an email what else you want me to do?call them? nobody calls people this days , its almost weekend and I wont hear anything back till Monday and to be honest I don't want to be bothered . here is a list of the things I need you to do and need it to be done like yesterday. it felt like I got half of done all by myself, in terms of getting service I feel like I got very little for what I paid for. Every time you turn the radio on you hear mortgage brokers saying don't go to the bank ,they don't know anything. I have gone to 3 different banks over the last week to get some paperwork that Terri couldn't or wouldn't get. , when I told them what I have gone through and how long it is taking bankers just kept shaking their heads .Good luck with your business model and that's coming from a business owner with 20 employees .

It was nice that they covered closing costs; however, they shared personal info of mine with my business partners which caused some issues. Because of all the stress it caused I wouldn't use them again.
