I wanted to provide feedback on Domenic Giannone at Perl. Domenic Giannone is by far and away the only person that I will ever do mortgages with. His knowledge and industry expertise are unsurpassed but it goes so much beyond that with him. He takes and makes a personal investment in his clients. Having dealt with other loan officers and mortgage companies, to them you are only another number and another loan to close, but that is not the case with Domenic. Domenic understands the importance and critical nature of people's home buying process. For the majority of us this is the biggest and most critical financial transaction we will be part of and Domenic treats it as such. He shows a genuine care and investment in his clients and what strikes me even more is his level of honesty and commitment to his clients. His focus is putting his clients in the best possible loan for them and their financial goals both for the immediate goal of purchasing a home but also for their long term financial health. This level of investment and consultative service is not something I have ever experienced with any other lender. As a result I will and do refer him whenever I have the opportunity to and will also turn to him for all mortgage and refinance needs. In today's day and age it very hard to find someone you can trust with an item of this magnitude and even harder to gain my personal trust due to past experiences with other lenders. I am happy to say I trust Domenic 110% because he not only has earned that trust but exhibits a true care in his clients. It is refreshing to have someone you can trust and you know is looking out for your best interest and provide you sound, insightful guidance and advice. He is an absolute asset to Perl and the simply the best.

I've had mortgage and refinancing experiences about 5-6 times in my life. This was, BY FAR, the BEST experience I've had. Keith Murphy and his associates explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my entire mortgage experience.
