I initially thought I was ripped off. The minute the order is placed, people start calling your number to ask for a payment. I paid by Zelle, the phone calls stopped and I never got a confirmation by email of anything, no order, no payment, nothing. I wrote a one star review, still nothing. The phone number on the website and the number they call you from does not accept calls. Finally, weeks later I got an email response saying everything is ok. Finally, almost a month, later I got a reply to my initial bad review. I contacted the sales team, and they responded back with a tracking number. I finally got my item about 5 weeks after the order. Over all the quality is great. The only exception is the date number on the watch face is distorted and inconsistent but the rest is quite good. If they would have responded to my initial inquiries and had a number that worked I would have given this 5 stars despite the weird looking date numbers. It's stressful thinking someone ripped you off. Guys at this company, please work on this, because otherwise things were very good. I will likely order another one again and hope it goes smoothly this time around. Thank you. If it does I will change this to stars. Thank you
