Returned the watch for various reasons. Vendor first asked me to close the case on PayPal. That should have tipped me off but I didn’t know that’s their easiest way to never refund your money. Then they kept promising me the refund was being processed but I never was. Save yourself the headache do NOT buy from this site.

Do not buy from this site. I purchased a watch 3 months ago and every time i reached out for an update i got the same run around answer. Now no one is responding to me. Clearly got scammed!

Buyers beware. The watch was received with manufacturing defects, and they continually refused to issue a refund despite being notified of the defects. A clear violation of the terms and conditions listed on the company’s site. I’ve reported them to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and my payment provider.

Outrageous behavior from Perfect Rolex. After my first review they requested me to remove the review in order to send new replacement timepiece. That game has been already for 3 months. I have been 40 years as consultant for customer service and experiences for major companies in Finland. This is the absolute worst experience in my career. I really advise no one to order anything from this fraud company.

I made my order to Perfect Rolex late spring 2025. Delivery was in July 2025. Since the first day my Replica Rolex Submariner has not operated without winding every second day. It is supposed to be automatic. I have sent numerous comments to Perfect Rolex but so far no result. Just dozens of automated messages that are very frustrating. Avoid this company that seems to be fraud.

WARNING…. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! We have only been provided with an order number PRIO82492. After waiting over three months we never received the product or even a tracking number so we requested a refund. Now, over 5 months since our payment was collected, still no product or refund!

I had ordered 4 watches over the last 2 years. It was all good. 1 watch arrived broken and I never got it replaced. Now my final order is not being delivered, despite payment. Upon consecutive checking they keep coming back saying that they will contact the head office.
