I placed an order on October 12th, Paid via ZELLE as it was my only option. I have emailed several times and called, I got no response. I have tried to contact them directly on their website, it says "trouble sending email" I am extremely upset about this, I hope nobody else falls for this scam.

I bought an Oyster Perpetual with them 2 years ago. The service was great and the watch was as well, but I have 3 times for the last 2 months via their contact website and emails to ask if the mechanic in my watch is Japanese or Chinese because it needs servicing and I am completely ignored.

I placed an order for 3 watches. At first, customer service was helpful however it has now been over 30 days with no confirmation of my order being shipped. Customer service has stopped responding to my emails and chats. It feels like my money was stolen. I am happy to change this review if I can get a response from the company.

Initially I was also doubtful when the shipment did not arrive on time. But when it arrived it was a masterpiece. Ordered a rolex submariner starbucks. They have two variants , regular and Swiss. I upgraded to a Swiss after placing initial order. They did update my order and I paid the difference. The watch is beautiful and a super clone variant.

I was hesitant at first about quality and such to place an order. I looked all over the internet for different replica options. I picked a 1908 Rolex in yellow gold with white dial. This is my honest assessment, the delivery took a couple weeks but the watch arrived well packaged and I must say I am impressed. It looks and feels great. Everything works the only thing missing was laser etching crown on glass which I prefer it this way better. I am very very happy with my purchase and I would suggest them. They communicated very well and did exactly what they said. I am overall very satisfied
