In the end, I was very satisfied. But it took a very long time weeks in fact to get my item. I wanted this as a Christmas gift, but I didn’t get it until after Christmas. That was the worst part of this order. However, the company did stay in contact with me And even though there was a couple of times I lost faith in this they just kept telling me to hold on it was coming. I did get it. It was perfect and I loved it.

I initially thought I was ripped off. The minute the order is placed, people start calling your number to ask for a payment. I paid by Zelle, the phone calls stopped and I never got a confirmation by email of anything, no order, no payment, nothing. I wrote a one star review, still nothing. The phone number on the website and the number they call you from does not accept calls. Finally, weeks later I got an email response saying everything is ok. Finally, almost a month, later I got a reply to my initial bad review. I contacted the sales team, and they responded back with a tracking number. I finally got my item about 5 weeks after the order. Over all the quality is great. The only exception is the date number on the watch face is distorted and inconsistent but the rest is quite good. If they would have responded to my initial inquiries and had a number that worked I would have given this 5 stars despite the weird looking date numbers. It's stressful thinking someone ripped you off. Guys at this company, please work on this, because otherwise things were very good. I will likely order another one again and hope it goes smoothly this time around. Thank you. If it does I will change this to stars. Thank you

Placed order 8/11 paid with Zelle because discount but money was in a limbo, they continued asking for payment. After a bad review and several emails I got their attention. Day 122 and forward I had continuous updates from salesperfectrolex support. PRIO67217. On Dec 26 my order arrived in a perfect condition and I have to say it is a pretty watch. Thanks!

I ordered a watch from perfect Rolex on the 12th July 2023 and paid in full but not until the 16th October did I received the watch Apparently it was held at customs in china and was out of perfect Rolex control So my previous 1 star review was a bit premature because they resent me another watch which is I now have and the watch is very high quality and at an amazing price For that I would now give them 5 stars but for the fact communication with them was difficult at times but some of that was my fault due to the different time zone as they rang me late evening when I was in bed early for my early morning shifts Would I buy again from them? Yes but stick with them because my Rolex yacht master is delightful

I was VERY skeptical buying one of these at first, because you never know the quality or where they're coming from. To heighten my skepticism, they only accepted Bitcoin at the time I purchased... HOWEVER, I received my Swiss Quality Submariner on Monday and WOW!! It is very difficult to tell that this is even a replica watch after a close look, let alone at a glance on the street. The weight is spot on, the attention to detail is way better than I expected even with the better Swiss quality I purchased, the colors, the box, the papers all look very authentic. The customer service rep was an ACTUAL PERSON TOO!!! And she (Elena) was very quick and responsive to my many (and probably premature) emails. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was because 1) they only accepted bitcoin as payment, 2) the order/shipping process took a little long (around 5 weeks), and 3) the replica box that I ordered with it smells quite strong of glue/epoxy in my opinion (this could be what the real boxes smell like too, I'm not sure). But these so called "downsides" are very minor, and I can't say they are any reason to not purchase one of these watches. If you are looking to own a good quality Rolex without paying Rolex price, a replica from Perfect Rolex is 100% the way to go! -Alex
