Do not use this company they’re fraudulent! They took my money and never mailed the watch!

I purchased the Ladies DateJust 178274/01. The watch clasp will not stay closed; it does not keep time or date. I have continuously called and emailed customer service to no avail. Customer service is great until you pay. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased the Rolex Submariner. Looks great. It wasn't keeping good time at first...I sent it back...it cost about the same amount to ship it to them that it did to purchase it. They replaced the watch and still problems persist. Iit doesn't keep correct time EVERY day. Needs winding every morning....at best it's costume jewelry! Don't buy it to keep correct time....not worth it.

I purchased from Perfect Rolex, knowing that it was a replica. When I finally received the watch, it was such a runner on great speed, advanced without control about 1/2 hour every 3 hours. I contacted customer services (bogus) via email and phone, but nobody pick up the phone. Somebody named Cindy Marquez responded via email offering full refund, but after few days and couple weeks nothing happened. Now, they didn't respond so I am stuck with this wasteful watch. Lesson learned. Do not buy from this company. I report this company to Visa International to try to get this website banned to get business every where.

Really Good Communication. Found company helpful and went a bob E and beyond in their appoach for the watch I was intending to purchase. Highly recommended selling quantities of EXCELLENT WATCHED. THANK YOU.

I bought from Perfect Rolex, knowing that I was purchasing a replica. I sent the company my wrist size so that I would not have to have use an outside source. When I finally received the watch, it was smaller than I expected, paper clip light and the screws from the bracelet came out after I wore it once. I asked to have it returned and it takes them weeks to respond and they didn’t send a return label. The watch cost $215, to ship it back is $70. They will not respond so I am stuck with this watch. Do not buy from this company. Lesson learned. If you buy a Rolex, buy a real one, I told myself and never buy from Perfect Rolex again.

UPDATE: I was refunded by these crooks...now go get yours...God be with you. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from these people. I made order #PRXIO82841. I waited the time stated and never got an email saying my item has been shipped. I sent an email and Cindy Marquez (probably a fake name) replied to me with a bogus tracking number. I felt that the tracking number was bogus. So I called the post office to verify the destination. Wouldn’t you know …I was right. I’m going to file a criminal complaint against them for Consumer Fraud, using their email address and that name, Cindy Marquez. The phone number they gave is bogus as well. I’m also going to file a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission for consumer fraud and deception. They never intended to ship my order and that’s evident in the bogus tracking number. I wouldn’t dare even think they’d give me a refund if I requested it because that’s a bogus process. These reviews stating that people received their items are FAKE. DO NOT order ANYTHING from these people. They have NO PRODUCTS. Those are pictures used to get you to send them their money. Please contact the FTC, federal trade commission who has the ability to work with international police if necessary. Also file a criminal complaint with your local consumer fraud division so that your local authorities can send out an alert to the public NOT to send these people their money. DO NOT send these people your money. I Report them to the following agencies: Uk-Action Fraud(they investigate complaints from all countries) USA- The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) USA- Consumer Fraud Division at your local AG office USA- File a criminal complaint with your local police Internet Crime Division USA-Post Office office of Inspector General (using Post Office for wire fraud and scam) If you are a US Military Veteran (as my wife and I are) go to the Department of Veterans Affairs and get a free attorney who can help you navigate the appropriate avenues to recover your money The address they use on their website is: 31 Frederick Street London, WC1 XOND The phone numbers that they use are on the emails sent to you Use the name Cindy Marquez and Sofia (this is the name of the person who allegedly put in a request to refund my money. I never got it yet. That like the tracking number was a lie). Best of Luck getting your money back. There is not ONE person who got any product from these people. Those comments on here are just as bogus as the tracking number and the alleged refund they gave me.
