The watch looks beautiful, I cant even tell the difference from the real one. And the Customer service is beyond excellence!! I will definitely keep purchasing more.

I purchased two Swiss quality watches: a $600 Submariner (no date) and a $400 Milgauss. The Submariner is flawless. I cannot spot any difference between the replica and the original no matter how hard I try. The movement is smooth and it makes no noise at all. I am happily impressed! I am not so happy about the Milgauss. The quality is good, but one can easily spot that it is a fake. They cannot replicate the "green saphire cristal" at all. Anyone familiar with the Milgauss will easily (from far away) see that it is a fake. Not even the Milgauss markings at the back of the real watch are printed in the replica. But the watch is beautiful and it runs smoothly, so I decided to keep it (I also did not want to deal with returning it, paying for shipping, etc.). Customer service was responsive and answered all my questions. It takes quite a while to get your product (about 6 weeks), and it takes about two weeks for your order to process and ship after your funds have been cleared. Overall, this has been a good experience.

Purchased a Daytona, White Dial Black leather band and am happy with product overall. It did take about 4 weeks to get which is a bit longer than truly expected. Will say that Customer Service Rep was extremely responsive to requests and overall did an excellent job handling the issues throughout the process. Appreciated the help for sure!

I purchased a $300 watch w/box from this company 2 months ago, when the occasion (Wedding) finally came where I was ready to wear the watch I noticed a type of reflective staining beneath the watch glass when sunlight hit it. I emailed Perfect Rolex and did not get a response. I then called and spoke to a rep. they said they would get back to me but never did its been 3 weeks. Now it seems impossible to get a rep on the line and I have since sent 4 more emails requesting to replace the watch or refund my $300.00. No answer! Shotty product and horrible customer service! I am now going to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT PURCHASE A WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY!!

When I tell you the Customer Service and product are just AMAZING!!! Believe me, you will not be disappointed. From start to finish this company takes care of the customer security wise until you receive your watch. I’ll be ordering again.
