The sub mariner that I ordered is wonderful! Except for the length of time (6weeks) to get my order, I would highly recommend your company. Your customer service kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all my questions

Bought a GMT II for $599 and after 12 months it just stopped working. Perfectrolex just said --take it to a jewelry store to get it fixed! Poor customer support--not buying anything else from them.

Low quality control and poor customer service. I bought a watch was sent a non working model. Company requires that I send the watch back to their HQ in China on my dime. They don't and won't issue shipping labels. And shipping to China isn't cheap. The replacement watch I got works but the band is loose due to a faulty clasp. At this point it's not worth pursuing. Buy at your own risk. This company does not stand behind it's products or reputation.

Rolex Turn-O-Graph / Datejust Of course I was sceptical at first, buying a replica watch from China. But from my experience they’ve got a very good system for their customer service. I guess the only negative is the length of time it took to be delivered, but when you consider the journey it made then 3 weeks seems pretty reasonable. Once they received my payment and the consignment was entered into the tracking app, I could see where it had been and when it was out for delivery As for the watch itself, it looks, feels and behaves like the real thing despite only costing €160 or so.

Great datejust for the wife. With box and papers it is sooo authentic looking. Second hand sweep is almost perfect. I'll be ordering more from perfect rolex.
