I was definitely worried about ordering and what kind of quality and if it would even show. Now it did take some time to come with very little updating on tracking but they said it would shipping to Canada. It took about 6 weeks from order. They were easy to contact and helpful when I did. When they got here, they're actually pretty decent. Down to the serial number at the 6. If you pay the extra for the box, that thing is mint. Overall very very happy. I will definitely buy again.

Watch has arrived and its great, works well and looks the part. Nice to have some bling without worrying about theft or damage. The watch took 35 days from payment to delivery which was fine as you get a tracking code so can keep up with every step of the journey. So far i cant fault the experience or the product. Disappointing, The watch didn't work after the first day and I had zero support except a link to show me how to wind a watch up !!! Really It then literally fell apart as the screws on the strap fell out ...

Amazing Customer service very good communication

I was hesitant to buy a watch from overseas, but took the leap anyway. My experience thru the process with Perfect Rolex was excellent. To my pleasant surprise, they were very prompt in keeping the line of communication open. Whenever I would email them with a question or concern, they would get back to me the same day. My watch arrived in about 5 weeks, and I love it! How long it will last still remains to be seen, but it IS a perfect replica of the Real McCoy! I also paid extra for the Rolex box, which added a nice touch to the overall package. Even my jeweler was impressed at the attention to detail on both the watch and packaging. If you're on the fence, take the leap!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PRODUCT!! The good reviews on this site must be from the Rolex watch Distributing office. I bought a watch there and it quit working the very next day! You get no support from them as far as replacing or refunds.! They are extremely unprofessional and selling a product that shouldn't be worth $10. Absolutely horrible experience. Furthermore, my neighbor also bought a watch from them and unbelievably his watch only worked a week. Again, they did nothing to make things right. Do not order from this company! They are a fraud and should be investigated!!

I love my Rolex, everyone thinks it's real! This company is super professional, they hold your hand throughout the entire process. My last Rolex lasted me 5 years, I hope I get another 5 years out of this beautiful watch...
