Had £32.33 attempted to be taken out of my account. Have no knowledge of this company, never heard of it or used it - and looking at the reviews this is obviously common. Customer services were of no help.

Great coffee, but mediocre subscription service. Major Dickasen Decaf is by far the best decaf around. But I'm disappointed in the really slow shipping for online orders. I have a regular subscription, and the website offers a button "SEND NOW" in case I'm running out. But "now" is 1-2 weeks later. It's not just shipping, which is unaccountably slow, but internal processing because it can be several days after pressing "SEND NOW" until I get an email saying "We're processing your order...". I suppose I'm comparing Peets with Amazon where orders are processed the same day and next-day delivery is common, and 2nd or 3rd day almost always. Just saying... it makes me want to cancel my subscription and go buy beans in person at a nearby (not Peet's) shop.

The absolute worst website and customer service Have a subscription- they tell me I need to update my credit card information which I did Get several emails telling me my subscription can’t go thru - that I need to change in their system I check and newly updated information is there so I call - on Friday and this morning- the rep couldn’t speak English and kept telling me I need to update info They may lose me as a customer

Woke up today to see this company took money from my account! I've never shopped with them, actually didn't even know they existed!!! What's going on? I'm not the first to leave a review like this. I reported this to my bank and reported the company as spam.

I woke up this morning to see that money had been taken from my bank account. I’ve never heard of this company before and I live in Australia. 3 transactions taken out. A total of $85. Does anyone know how I can get this money back as I’ve never placed an order or anything.

Below is my original review and while I have enjoyed Peet’s for quite some time, we have cancelled our subscription based on their staunch support of Republicans (the company’s donations, not individuals). This has not been a problem for us in the past, but now that party has devolved into an anti-democratic, anti-science, anti-truth party that promotes and glorifies in violence and chaos, we have to draw the line. Everyone has the right to believe in what they want (at least for now) and I did not delete the review below because I hope we can return to a time when we can agree to disagree on policy and all agree on democracy, fairness and freedom for all. We have been getting Peet’s delivered for over 20 years. I fell in love with the Garuda blend when I lived in San Francisco in the 90s and they are a part of my every morning. My subscription experiences have been great. I have lived in several cities since SF and the delivery has always been great.
