My first event booked through Peerspace and I haven't been paid in weeks!!!! I verified my account and they said I didn't do it so I did it a 2nd time a week ago... still have not received my money! You can never reach anyone via the phone. I have put in 4 "contact us" submissions over the past 2.5 weeks and have not gotten ONE response! I am not happy at all with this platform. I am not even the type to leave a review publicly for businesses... but not only have I not gotten my money, but I am out of money. I had to pay staff to be on site for the booking. I have paid out my overhead and never got paid. This is beyond ridiculous!

Hi Adrian, Thank you for leaving your review, and we are sorry to hear of your experience. We understand the importance of a timely response regarding these situations, and I want to be sure we address your concerns. Upon review of your submission tickets to us, I can confirm that we received your live chat on 10/26 where we connected with you right away with the next steps of how to verify your account for payouts. We also received your email submissions to us on 11/1 and responded to you within the same business day confirming the payout had since been processed and the expected date you should have received it. If you have any additional questions or concerns, I would recommend responding to the email we sent you and we would be happy to assist you further.
