My home is listed on several platforms and Peerspace is by far the worst by a country mile. They are only interested in profiteering from you as a host and legitimate complaints about guests are never addressed adequately nor investigated fairly. Even when guests violate the terms of their rental terms, they will not honour any guarantees for me as host nor penalize the guest. Beware all hosts!! Peerspace’s default position is to keep guests on side no matter the cost to hosts. Needless to stay, I am pleased to have no further association with this organisation and their questionable practices and will gladly deal with my other delightful agents and online platforms.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience. We know how much care and investment goes into hosting, and we never want a host to feel unsupported. Peerspace is a two-sided marketplace, and our commitment is to treat hosts and guests fairly and consistently. When a dispute comes up, our team reviews it impartially based on visual documentation, such as photos and videos, so that every decision rests on clear, verifiable evidence rather than one party's account over another's. We understand this may not always produce the outcome someone hoped for, but it is how we keep the process fair for everyone involved. We'd still welcome the chance to take another look at your concerns. If you're open to it, please reach out to our support team and reference this review so we can follow up directly.

The facility was immaculate and enviting. The Kitchen was great and the conference room with two screens was awesome. Great communication with the owner.

The Oxygen Tango space was perfect for our event. The caterers had enough space to set up and serve the food, and our guests loved the ambiance. I highly recommend this space for your next event.

The website is easy to maneuver. The host Ebony was amazing she was available for showings of her event space and to answer all of my questions. The loft space was in a good location with ample free parking for the amount of guest that attended. I will definitely book again with Peerspace and Ebony the host!!
