I purchased the Pecron 200w solar panel to recharge my e600lfp off Amazon and the $35 adapter. The adaptor took 3 and a half weeks to arrive because they "forgot" to mention the adaptor was out of stock. Making the panel that arrived on time usless for almost a month. Now, about 2 months after the purchase the panel is sitting in full Texas summer Sun. Clear skys, no shadows, no dust cover and its collecting not 1 watt of solar energy. It will jump from 2w-5w every minute or so but immediately drop back down to Zero. As of Sun Jul 26th at 12:15p after sitting in full Sun for it has charged my e600lfp only 1%. I have my phone plugged in at the same time. So what little energy it does pick up is passed straight through to my phone and while draining the 1% it has charged over the past hour.

After having issues with inverter faults, I tried to initiate a return. I'd informed their support team of the issues but they had no remedy. They offered my a 30 dollar discount if I would accept a replacement. I told them I'd accept the return if I would get a full 30 days to evaluate the new unit. They then responded telling me that I was purposely causing the inverter faults by using power tools and appliances simultaneously and that I would have to pay to ship the unit back and they'd charge me 100 dollars as an open unit. I had to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company in order to get my full refund. Do not trust this company!

I received my solar generator and cart that I ordered quickly. Like in 4 days. But I also ordered a solar panel and didn't receive that. I emailed them and was told they are restocking them now. I feel I should have been told this when I was ordering. So I really hope we don't have a hurricane before I receive it!!

I've used it for 2 days maybe 16 hours total it's shut down already with error code 25 won't work very disappointed

Very pleased with my Pecron 3600lfp so far. Upon ordering I was fully aware that the model was ‘out of stock’ with an estimated 4 week delivery time. This was an accurate estimate and the unit arrived very well packaged (it is heavy). The solar mppt inputs (1200*W x 2) are perfect for my set up and the charging time with my 4 x 620w panels (2 panels connected in series x 2) is really something. We are hopeful of many years of use for emergencies and power delivery as and when we need it.

Absolutely the worst. Lie after lie. Took my $ instantly and all I’ve received since then is lip. Excuse after excuse. Gaslighting at every turn. Then they had the audacity to tell me the order finally shipped along with a fed-ex shipping number, but fed-ex claimed not to have any shipments with that shipping number. All you get from Pecron is aggravation. I have disputed the charge and strongly discourage anyone from buying from this Chinese based scam of a company. Take screenshots of every communication if you choose to disregard my advice and purchase from them. Trust me, you’ll need them if you ever want to see your money again.

I have had two customer service interactions with Pecron regarding my E1500LFP. Both were handled through email, since the phone support was not the best option in my experience. Each response took about 24 hours, sometimes less, but I was never frustrated with the process. Pecron preferred I not do a warranty return as that's a complete loss for them. Instead, they offered me a good discount on a new unit, which I accepted so I could upgrade my camping setup. Throughout the process, they were polite, patient, and helpful. Honestly better than some U.S. based companies I have dealt with. Overall, the service is good, the product is great, and their support of the DIY community is a big reason I plan to stick with Pecron.

Pecron customer service has been very responsive- actively troubleshooting and providing a solution that worked. During a recent power outage in our neighborhood, our Pecron backup system kept our essential appliances running until the electrical service returned.
