I have order 2 different units a lfp2000 and e3600 from pecron. The 2000 was fine and still working fine to this day. The 3600 a different story, I had fan problems and they agreed to send me a new replacement which took a month of back and forth emails. Then when they finally sent replacement it went to wrong address now I am still waiting to receive an another replacement which has been over 2 weeks now. Update…Pecron has finally sent my replacement unit. It’s working just fine so far. I figure all the black Friday rush must have slowed transportation down. It took awhile but I am happy now.

There was a shipping problem, and I never received the battery. The shipper deserves more blame than the company. Nonetheless, Pecron’s Online customer service was not helpful in resolving the problem. They did not come up with alternatives and were slow in responding to their website chat. As a result, the battery was returned to the warehouse before the problem could be solved.
