This product did absolutely nothing for my hair. I tried 3 different times, each time using more product and leaving it on for longer amounts of time. My hair still looks exactly the same. Zero gray coverage. Very disappointing.

I am 47 with dark brown, wavy hair. I wanted a product that will cover my grey for now, but allow me at some point in time to allow all my grey to show, without the harsh dye line we all know and hate. This product is amazing! First wash took my bright white grays to brown. The second wash covered them! My hair is uniform in color and shiny…. Not easy for wavy hair. I will always have this shampoo in my beauty routine.

I have dark red/auburn hair. I have used it twice now. And it has definitely allowed me to push out my hair appt by a few weeks!! I also did not use the color in the can before going in to have my roots done. I was pleasantly surprised of how well it worked. My hair dresser was also impressed she said it didn’t dry out my hair and that it looked good!! I will absolutely order this again!!! Thank you!!

Instructions are not clear. The color does not take even if you leave it for more 1 hour. I stopped using it after the 3rd try.

The overall concept , an idea of the shampoo is great. Unfortunately , I received one bottle in the concentration for the burnett was not dark enough. Customer service sent me a replacement bottle and I encountered the same exact issue.I was getting a much lighter red tone on both bottles and not the dark brunette tone I had hoped for. I feel like the formulation needs some more improvement , unfortunately. I was also disappointed that it takes 2 plus weeks to ship. As it comes direct from china , it would be nice if it was distributed from a domestic warehouse. I ended up having to forego Pearwood and went with Madison Reed to try to cover over the red tone that I was dissatisfied with. I would have continued if I could have gone the dark brunette color that it advertised.

I was a little skeptical at first. Didn't think a "shampoo" would color hair. I was wrong, there was no fuss or applicators to mess with. I actually put on as if I was shampooing my hair, 15 minutes - shower- shine! Really liked the results as my hair is black, it brought out a more natural color which the dye does not. 10 out of 10!
