Great coverage
Great coverage, even on my white/grays and natural coloring. I love that its not permanent and I can start my transition journey knowing I wont have to strip my hair later on. Doesn't dry out my natural curls and adds a beautiful shine.

El shampoo no cubre las canas
El shampoo no cubre las canas , es negro y me dejo un tono dorado en mis raices del pelo, ademas mis uñas y dedos de mis manos quedaron negros . Muy malo el producto

Still Gray
Well. The shipping was fast. Packaging beautiful but the shampoo certainly didn’t do anything for my grays.

The tint is designed to build up gradually, so it can sometimes take a few more washes for the color to fully blend in. We definitely want you to get the results you were hoping for, though. Good easy coverage so far
Shipping was slower than expected. Product dispersed unevenly. Took two applications to get full coverage. Also has more chemicals/ingredients than originally understood from ad & was worried about an allergy, but did not have a negative reaction. So far very happy with the color. Showcases more highlights and tones than expected and much more vibrant than box dyes in that way. Loved that it was gloveless.

Simple to use- beautiful results!
My hair was highlighted for 3 years. This took a toll on my hairs condition. I tried the brown shade and it was a very easy application. The coverage was also very good- however the undertones were red which I did not like. Since there are only 3 shades, with the help of customer service- I tried the black to tone down the red and it was perfect! A little darker than I wanted, but it will lighten with time. And thats the beauty of a shampoo in color. The condition of my hair is excellent! Shiny and soft. This is an excellent alternative to dyes. I am so happy to have discovered Pearwood. I will recommend to everyone I know.

They sent a second bottle because of delay in shipment
They answered my questions very quickly. Pearwood sent a second bottle because of a delay in shipping. The only reason im giving them 4 stars not 5 is thier shipping method thru SHIP is horrible and there wasnt an explanation with second bottle as to why i was recieving a second bottle. other than that Alvin and Chloe were absolutely FANTANSTIC!! Very good customer service!

not a shampoo- still has pretty harsh chemicals in mu opinion, and poor pump dispenser…
I was hoping for better but the packaging is poor as the pump dispenser does not dispense product well, at first only clear gel was coming out and I thought it was the color so I applied it only to learn after pumping more that the a brown gel was coming out but not mixed well with the clear gel. Also, it is advertised as shampoo but it still has harsh chemicals (harsher than traditional shampooes (though they say no ammonia) and stings my skin so this product in my opinion should not be applied in the shower, it should be applied over the sink the way you apply over the counter hair coloring, also because it takes 15 min to color. research and read other reviews before purchasing.

No noticeable difference as of yet
I purchased the PearWood Dark Brown in hopes of it helping my roots. I've only used it once and it did not touch my roots, not even a little bit. I will, however, try it a couple more times and give another review at that time. I have a trip coming up so I had to go to the salon to get my roots taken care of. I will submit another review once I'm able to use the shampoo again.
