Hi Kelly! 😊 We're so glad to hear you're liking the shampoo overall. We completely get that waiting 15 minutes in the shower isn't ideal when you're in a rush. Since it's a gentle formula, it can take a little extra time to activate, but your honest feedback is super helpful. Thanks so much for giving us a try and sharing your thoughts! 💛

Hi Carrie, we are so sorry the pump is giving you so much trouble. It is incredibly frustrating when it only dispenses clear shampoo instead of the color you need to maintain your look. It sounds like the dual-chamber dispenser might be stuck or defective on your bottle. Please reach out our support team at [email protected] with your order details so we can step in and make this right for you. 💛

Hi Dave, we're so sorry you are having trouble with the pump and getting so little color payoff. It is incredibly frustrating to use a product that often without seeing the results you want. The bottle can sometimes get a little stuck, which might be why the color isn't dispensing properly for you. Please send us a direct message with your order details to [email protected] so we can step in and make this right. 💛

Hi Michelle, we are so sorry your hair turned a brassy red instead of the dark brown you were hoping for. Hair undertones can sometimes be tricky, and it is incredibly frustrating when a color doesn't work out. We definitely want you to love your results. Please reach out our support team at [email protected] with your order details so we can step in and make this right for you. 💛

Hi there! 😊 So happy to hear you found the perfect brown tone for your hair. It is wonderful that a couple of washes completely covered your gray roots and the color is still holding strong two weeks later. Thanks so much for sharing your routine and for choosing Pearwood! 💛
