Todd gave us great information about multifamily purchases and mangagement.It was a lot of info to digest but it was helpful for what buying large apartments

It was a truckload of knowledge! I do think the manual could have been organized a little better. It felt like we were jumping from the front to the back to the middle. Nevertheless, I have never been to a real estate training that actually gives you a manual the size of a textbook. Great Value! And the staff, absolutely wonderful people. Tyler was adamant that he wanted to meet and speak to each attendee. It was great!

The free class was to sell the three day class. I paid $1500 for the three day class. The three day class was to sell the $40K membership. There is definitely value in the product being sold. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. I was just expecting more out of the course.

Iam learning why I made mistakes in the Past, I owned houses and business,buildings, I've had lucrative income in the past with my property's, And didn't have the right accounting To show my projections the right way Therefore I lost my triplex build I had A Daycare center, Vegatrian Restaurant, And one Apartment all in one building Lost it because a Balloon was set at 5yrs At that time I didn't know to take equity out of building to pay off property. Well I wish I learn back then to educate myself on property's Went to workshop and was taught that when purchasing property I have to have The write number and the write consent Of the numbers. To hold and sell at the proper time. Thanks for teaching me that I believe in myself that I can do it again And I can be prosperous with this journey.

Tyler and all of the coaches have poured a tremendous wealth of knowledge and information to each and every one of us. The thing I like most about this experience is their abilities to be transparent and share The Good, The bad, and The ugly parts of the journey.
