Well , I thought it’s single investment that I am gonna do thought 1497 $ . I feel I am just getting general information about multi family and didn’t get the proper soft ware as being told about it before to start looking for property and no body form the strategist give me there contact number or social Media contact so I feel I waste my time and my money

It honestly was a wonderful experience. very authentic, positive, and friendly community. I loved hearing the success stories and how they made it. very helpful community like if you really want to do this, they will provide you with the tools needed.

The Seminar was filled with information that I can take with me and use in the future. The team here is awesome and very knowledable and they make the experience fun while informative. Now for the negative. After I attended the one day FREE intro to MFM I was informed about the real 3 day event that will take me to the next level and I would meet people that would help me start working on putting some deals together and its only $1,497.00, what a steal for all the connection you'll Male and away I will go. So pinching pennies and scraping up the $1500 to attend this big 3 day event, I make the commitment. Now that I'm at the 3 day event, on day 2 I'm hot with, "now you only need $40,000.00 to take the next step and you'll get in touch with the people to get some deals going and close on your first multi-family property. On and by the way, you can get your $1500 back once you do your first deal. Ok great. I believe in myself and know I will get my $1500 back. Now I need to spend $40,000 to get my $1500 back. I only wish I knew that there was another, much larger, investment I had to make before I made the $1500 investment that I now have no chance of getting back. Now I'm just afraid that this $40,000 investment with lead to yet another bigger investment and so on. The information was not presented and it was misleading about the 3 day event. I wish I knew then what I know now. It kinda feels like a racket. I've been taken.
