MFM has taken the process of flipping houses and brought it to the multi-family space. The process works well. The workshop felt like MFM is trying to build a deal funnel by having all the new members bring them deals. As with all up sales, the 3-day workshop was very thin on details and fat on, "Look what I've done."

Chock full of information and inspiration. I laughed. I cried. Had an epiphany or two. Jim has a true gift for teaching. Andrew was a wonderful strategist. Tiffany was an inspiration and so encouraging. I can honestly say I feel like I am going to be making some intense life changes.

I like the experience MM provides their attendees to protect us from making investment mistakes.

I absolutely learned a lot at the 3-day course and the instructor Eric Chadderdon did a powerful job training and all the strategists were on point. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the 39K for the advanced training is a bit much to swallow and I wish they offered a plan which would allow you to pay it back after your first deal within the first 12 months or then you have to pay it. Again great course.

I love that we were carefully taught step by step the basic concepts of multi family real estate in an easy to understand way. I felt completely comfortable asking any question since I am a beginner. My comments were welcomed and valued. I felt like they are interested and care about people. We are not just a number to them.

All the information that was given and how that information makes me want to learn more.
