From Eric our presenter to each and everyone of the strategists, is was so informative, clear explanation. For those attending, all questions were answered and everyone benefitted from it . For someone not knowing anything, I was able to keep up. And help me to break out of my glass box. They showed us that value starts with me/us. The support received is phenomenal. No one was left behind. So empowering!

Tyler is another scammer exploiting people trying to learn about the business. 1,500 dollars was stolen from me. He guaranteed everyone who paid him 1,500 that they would learn everything about multi-family syndication, but it was a lie. When you arrive at the 3-day course, he will try to sell you a 40 thousand dollar mentorship program because the 3-day course wasn’t enough to learn everything. He has the audacity to tell people to take money out of their 401k or even take out a loan to buy his mentorship program. You can find all the info online for free, so don’t waste your money.

I was impressed by not only the essentials to learn about apartment syndication. But the tools and books suggested to develop the mind frame that it takes to be successful in this business. Tyler and his team were phenomenal.
