I applied for my esa letter on Friday, the 20th it’s now been over 72 hours. I called the customer operator and they took my name and email down. I also sent a message through the “contact us” portion of the website stating the situation. I have not received my online paper. As so many others have said the 24 hour turnaround expectation stated in the site is not accurate. I will amend this review if I am given a resolution in a timely manner. I have a lease to sign tomorrow and I would at least like to receive the online copy. It’s very frustrating Edit: I finally received my online copy but keeping my word and rescinding my review. The paperwork is what I needed and it’s legit but due to large order volumes now the processing times are longer than normal. Proceed with caution if you’re needing paperwork right away.

Not sure whether or not this will hold up at the airport.

They say 24 hours on their website and when I called in to inquire before paying. After waiting more than the allotted time, I didn't receive anything. I called customer service back and they said that given staffing due to COVID, it would take up to 3 weeks. While I understand the circumstances, this information should have been given up front. Please do not sell false timelines or expectations. I will gladly amend this review if the vendor provides a timely resolution.

The website says 90% processes in 24hrs and that the payment remains pending until doctor approves it.. I also saw that other people said it took more like 48hrs. Well it’s over 48hrs now and the payment on my card is no longer pending and NO LETTER. I have to sign my lease this week! Ridiculous. I want my money back! Edit:The above was this morning and I called and spoke to the operator and just an hour later I’ve received my email with documents. You should change the 24hr time frame guarantee but it didn’t turn out to be a scam. Thanks for getting me my documents

this company saves me a lot of money traveling with my pet also being able to house my pets anywhere that I go going to my me and my pet is safe so you guys are fast with delivery great on response I have no complaints great job keep doing what you guys are doing guys are awesome if you love your pet this is the way to go
