The process was very simple and helpful.

Placed my order on Sunday (over 4 days ago) and have not heard back from PDS. I called the toll free number and was transferred to a receptionist who doesn't work for PDS directly thus unable to give me any info. I also emailed PDS at least twice with no response. I am highly suspicious of all the other reviews. The turnaround time promise and customer service promoted at the website is a lie. Avoid this scam!

Name : ahyoung choo I paid $98 for both housing/ air travel on 16th of Nov. Whenever I tried to contact to office, operator answered and they didnt know when and how the process is going. They kept saying that they can put message on my file so that office can check. I paid 2 days ago but still havent gotten any documents via email. I have flight on this saturday, I need my dog with me. I emailed them 2 times 3-4 days ago but still havent gotten any reply back. please, help me out ASAP. Follow up: After I left review here, they sent me email with each airline documents plus ESA letter. I like the way they did all documents for my dog. I really appreciate it. Now i can go fly with my dog. Thank you!
