It's been one month since I placed my order for a vest. I haven't received it yet. There has been no response to my attempts to communicate.

I didn't receive my ID cards for my dogs that I paid for. I ordered a few weeks ago. Said it would take 3-5 business days to come and it just says shipped but no tracking number was given to see where it is. I tried to get in contact with anyone to discuss this matter but I can't get through to anyone. But other than that I did receive my paperwork on time and they helped me with that. Hopefully someone reaches out soon or I get my cards, where ever they are.

I am a male and in the paper it’s starts as Mr Lobrie but then you start calling me her throughout the rest of the paper. I need one showing that I am a male please.

Really wanted to give this company 1 star, but we did get the certificate. Eventually. Their website states 12 hours or less or it's free. It took over 24 hours, and when I asked for a refund, per their own policy, they were argumentative and would not honor their claim.

Got the letter pretty quick, but they put in the wrong name and suffix. I replied to the email we will see how fast I get a respond or the notice fixed.

Need description of ESA in letter provided by the 3rd party doctor for both of my ESA PETS… I cannot have my ESA pet(s) without detailed description included that I provided when filling out and paying for the ESA form.. because of this I will lose the ability to keep both of my ESA’s ….
