Supposedly most people have their letters within 24 hours. It’s been 48 and nothing yet. Hoping I didn’t waste 98$. I also emailed support this morning asking where my letter is. Have not heard back. Don’t recommend.

Thank you for your business! How Long Does It Take For My ESA Letter To Arrive? Typical turn around time is under 24hrs. Most orders are processed the same day, and ESA letters are provided by PDF through e-mail, and physical copies are mailed as well through priority mail service (no extra cost). We have several licensed physicians on staff that rotate their hours to help meet daily demand. There is no 24hr guarantee, but over 90% of our orders are processed within 1 business day.

PDS he was extremely helpful, the service they provide is exactly as described on their website, I already received my digital copies of my housing and airline letters, I anticipate that the ID card and service dog vest will be here within this week. My Letter was supposed to be emailed 24 hours after purchase but, with no contact from anyone, did not get emailed to me for nearly 72 hours. This caused me to have to change my flight and miss my family thanksgiving meal.
