OUTSTANDING service, thank you so much for making my life easier. Your staff is so nice and immediate response on my email questions. Answers the phone when I call. And the turn around time in getting my letter was wonderful. I travel a lot and need my pet to travel with me. Wish I could give you 5 stars. GREAT Company!

I was leery to use a non-brick-and-mortar service to obtain my ESA certification, but am glad I did so far. I have not yet received my hard copy letters, but the emailed PDF copies appear professionally and thoroughly composed. It seems clear the clinical psychologist who approved my application took time to actually review what I had reported, and yet responded without unnecessary delay. I cannot remark as to the efficacy of the letters unless, or until, I need to use them. However, my experience thus far, leads me to think PDS Center provides a good value for a modest price!

I placed my order at 9:30 am and had my letter by 11:30. I was extremely happy with my experience and the letter was accepted by my daughter’s college to allow her dog be her ESA at college.

Great service, and the quick turnaround time was greatly appreciated!

The letters came very quickly. MY HOA wanted a form to be filled out and that took them almost a week to do.
