Overall great experience, disappointed the "small" harness was too big and I measured him according to their chart. I wouldn't call that friction but for me a waste of money since I'm not able to use it.

I couldn’t have kept my dog if it wasn’t for you guys. Just the worry of not being able to have my dog with me where I was moving to sent me on a worst depression that required double the dosage of antidepressants. My dog helps me calm my anxiety so much I can’t imagine not having her around. Thanks to PDS Center I was able to have proof to give the housing association for them to allow me to keep my dog with me.

I appreciate this company to help me in getting the necessary paperwork for my little doggies to fly with me. They are sure a comfort to have them go on trips with me. Thank you so much!!
