Great Service

Exactly as advertised. My wife received the email with the paper work within 48 hours. I submitted to airlines and was approved. We are flying Frontier which the paper works as filled out by PDS center. Very pleased.

PDSC was extremely easy to work with through our difficult situation and desire to help with an ESA. Very efficient. I highly recommend!

If I could give no stars I would! Customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I paid to have my dog registered as an emotional support animal to include letters needed for my pet to fly with me. When the wrong letters came they would not respond to me or my emails. I literally tried to contact them at least 20 times. They never answer their phone and leave it to a answering service who says they will get back in touch with you between 24 and 48 hours. Needless to say dot-dot. They never call you or contact you either through phone or email. Once they get your money they do not care about you! Stay away from this company and use someone else. I have never been so frustrated in my life. Take your business and money elsewhere. This company is a joke
