Because I have tried many times to talk to someone directly. Live to know how I can order the tags without buying the whole package admin. For that reason unable to talk to someone with some answers they suck

I was skeptical to do this online but I had no other choice. This site is legit and actually sends you a letter within 24 hours to your email. Actual copies come in the mail within a few days. My apartment complex manager said the letter was more than good!

I bought ESA letters, ID and vest on this site, but vest didn't mail. I called customer service and they said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, but they didn't. Finally, they hung up on me. Their vests cost more than they did on amazon.

Very efficient and thorough. I spent a few days on the internet researching which ESA web page would be the best option and not scam me for my money. I chose this ESA service as it came recommended through other online reviews. I paid and received my email documentation about 20 hrs later! My only question is the legitimacy of hotel/motel/temporary stay locations allowing ESA to be accommodated - I had read online that temporary housing did not cover ESA - and this service’s paperwork showed that it did
