I am very frustrated with this company. I ordered my letters over a year ago and they had a policy that you would be able to renew your letters for half price annually. I no longer had my patient ID on hand and called for a month straight, several times, in order to get access to that information. Every time I would call I would be promised a phone call or email with the information and it never came. I am extremely disappointed with this company and its customer service. I had to purchase a completely new letter in order to make it through my flight because they did not help me at all.

I originally gave this company one star but because I received all of the documents I paid for 2 weeks late, I had to update my response. If you're in a rush for your documentation, dont expect a swift response time from this company. However, I cant lie, they delivered on what they said they would do. Thank you PDSC.

I appreciate you for accepting me as a patient. The process is quick and easy. They emailed all the documents needed for housing and travel purposes as promised.
