PDS Center was extremely responsive and thorough. They provided me with a lot of information I didn't know I needed ....and so appreciate.. Their application process is easy, response quick, and very professional. I highly recommend them...and that comes from a nurse practitioner who knows quality!

I’m so glad I kept searching through a few pages on google. This company didn’t have the best, fancy or splashy website, but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try on a cc just in case it wasn’t legit. I was most interested in the no expiration promise and the airline letters sounded great too. I placed the order on the 30th and the PDF email arrive on the 1st. EVERYTHING promised arrived. I haven’t tried them yet but they look more professional than Certa Pet which I had used in the past. These look to be from a real office not an online service. So far I am highly impressed with what I have received. Sometimes I read these and think maybe that’s a fake review or something they paid to have written but I promise this is real just got the email.

My apartment complex has called and sent emails and faxes trying to get questions answered by PDS but have not gotten any response. I have called numerous times but have not been able to make contact or gotten any type of reply. Is this a scam organization? I’m pretty sure the dog I was interested in has already been adopted now. I will give a stern negative review of this group in any forum I find if we do not soon get a response!

I requested my letters on Friday afternoon and had them in my inbox Monday morning. The doctor is the best and really understanding of the need for an Emotional Support Animal. I am very pleased with the service I have received 😊 thank you PDS center!!
