Very quick turn around. Just got the letters in the email so I haven't used them yet. Looks legitimate.

The process to register was simple and easy to navigate. There were plenty of opportunities to ask for help if needed. The response time was quick and very informed through every step of the process. Overall very please.

Trust me I, thought it was a scam! But it was only $98, so if it’s legit then great but if not then 🤷🏾‍♂️! Got my letter a few days later it turned out to be official and landlord accepted it! I never had to experience the customer service so I can’t speak on that part!

The service is fast and accurate. I loved the ability to do all of this online to save me time and another trip to see a doctor.

I was supposed to get my letter within 24 hours. It took over a week. I had left multiple messages and sent emails trying to cancel my order because I didn’t get it in time. All inquiries were ignored. Ended up having to mark the charge as fraud with my card provider since the product wasn’t delivered in the guaranteed time and all attempts to reach the company failed.

I am very happy with the service provided from the PDS Center. They were fast and efficient, as well as very thorough. Preparing to fly with my ESA was a lot less stressful thanks to them. I would highly recommend!!
