I have not been able to speak with anyone. My emails were ignored as soon as I placed an order. This service is a SCAM, especially since my airline form was not accepted and out of date.

Never received my esa service letter via email or mail. Placed numerous calls to the service call center ( bogus ) to get the run around. Sent numerous emails , to no response. Disputed charge for fraudulent through my bank.

For someone that was really worried to not be able to have her dog with her during a flight, finding this website was the best thing that could have happened. They worked very fast and do exactly what they say they are going to do. They also explain everything in their emails with perfect details.

I accidentally ordered 2 letters and have been trying to get ahold of someone on the phone to discuss a refund. I only get their answering service, even during business hours. I have left 4 messages for a return call and haven't received one yet. It has been 3 days.

I emailed about 4 times and called twice regarding the ID cards for my dogs. Is this even a real business as it is an answering service every time??? No response at all to my emails. I received a letter but not the cards. Very poorly run. 1/23 since I posted this, someone emailed and rudely notified me that I did not order the cards (although I did enter that information and uploaded images) - my credit card only processed the letter order. My review still stands due to poor customer service and no response to multiple requests.
