Great site to use for getting your ESA documents in a swift manner. The online paperwork was technically not received within the 24 hour window, but this was mostly likely due to the timing of my submission. It was received in less than 48 hours, and I am very satisfied with the results. The paperwork included forms directed to housing authorities and airline/transportation authorities. This is a trustworthy site to use. I say that because I was hesitant initially, but my worries have been put to rest now that I have seen the quality of the paperwork. 2/14/2020 - Mason - Dallas, TX

I am happy I got the letters but I’ve called twice about adding another animal but no one has reached out to me at all. Poor customer service.

Quick honest service.Within 2 days.

I appreciate the service i recieved as well as the fast experience! This company has made our families lives easier fast! My son has experienced many emotional roads and this company made it very easy to certify our dog for him so he can get the emotional need that he needs without our family experiencing more difficult situations in which his dog was not allowed. i would highly reccomend this company when certifying your animal! We the Klassens thank you very much!

I was worried at first as it took two days to get my letters, but I am very happy with the response, and now don't have to worry about other airlines that I use throughout the year as well. It was causing me to panic just thinking about it! Thank you so much!
