I got my email letter but the customer service with this company is horrendous. I call once a day trying to reach somebody, and each time I call they just take down my info and tell me that someone will call me soon. It’s been a week and I haven’t gotten a response. Ridiculous considering I paid $100 for this service.

It has been over a week (6 business days) and I have yet to receive even the pdf letters via email which is stated to be send within 24 hours. I’ve obviously also not received the hard copies in the mail. I have left 2 messages in which I was told the call would be returned within 24-48 hours. I’m left to assume your business is not legitimate and I need to contact my bank regarding the money I’ve paid you.

Thank you for listening to why I need my dog with me as an ESA. I never realized I could request that my Therapist sign papers years ago and am no longer going. My dog has helped me with that transition and has become my Therapy without realizing it. It will be easier to get my life back and handling severe anxieties and PTSD with her by my side. Seperation was making me worse.
