Very fast and helpful service. So grateful for the help I received.

It took more than 24 to 48 hours for me to receive my electronic paperwork. I had to call a couple times to speak with customer service and the were very nice. It's been a week now and I'm still waiting for my hard copies to come in the mail.

The turnaround was slightly longer than expected, but still quick, and the letters were a great help in making sure I can take my pet into my new apartment building.

I still have not received my official paperwork. There was some confusion about my order so I called to speak with the doctor who wrote my letters and never heard back from him even after leaving two messages.I called and asked to speak to the person who wrote the email to me and never heard back from them either. With this very poor customer service I an not confident that I will receive my paper work and cards in the mail.

Extremely difficult to get an answers from them! It has been 2 months and I didn’t received the card and the physical letters! And now I need an specific letter to travel with an airline and they don't even answer the emails! Terrible service!!!!

The documents I have received thru email are very professional. They accounted for all airlines with forms. I have not received my hard copies but know they will be of the same quality. I already had a Dr note for my disability but wanted more official looking paperwork and a ID card for travel and lodging. Thank you for your professionalism and prompt delivery!
